Adult Groups
Adult Bible classes are held on Sundays, after services at 10:45 a.m. Coffee and donuts are served. Come join us in a congenial atmosphere as we all enjoy studying the Word of Our Lord.
We invite all women to our Bible Study on Tuesdays, beginning Tuesday, February 1st at 1:30 p.m. "Living A Chocolate Life" Women's Bible Study by Deb Burma. You are invited to savor God's rich and endless supply of Grace in Christ wrapping us in forgiveness as the Holy Spirit fills us with sweet faith in our Savior. Ask others to join you for something sweet, rich and satisfying as we sink our teeth into this uniquely chocolate-filled Women's Bible Study. We will explore what it means to live a chocolate life in several ways and during each delicious session we will look at our lives in the light of God's grace. Books will be supplied. Come join us...we love new faces!
Zion's Altar Guild is affiliated with the Lutheran Women's Missionary Society (LWMS), and is responsible for preparing the Altar for Holy Communion, among their many other duties and contributions. The wine must be poured into the proper vessels for distribution. The bread must be placed in the proper container for distribution. And the elements must be properly and reverently arranged on the Altar. Altar Guild - LWMS members take turns preparing The Lord's supper, as well as changing the altar cloths and church banners per the Liturgical calendar.
The Men's Club meets at 7:00 p.m. on the third Friday of each month. The Club enjoys fellowship including a brief worship and a sports activity, usually Dartball (Baseball Darts). Food is often involved also! We guarantee good Christian fellowship in a relaxed atmosphere. Following are pictures of our Men's Club's last BRRR-BQ held every February.
