Zion Lutheran Church

Welcome to Zion!

Zion is a small, friendly - and growing - congregation located in quiet Valley Park, Missouri.  We are a church in the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod.  Even though Zion is small, we have a lot to offer visitors and members alike.

We offer two Worship Services on Sundays from Labor Day through Memorial Day, with Sunday School and Bible Study between the services.  Those services are at 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., with Sunday School/Bible Study at 9:45 a.m.

For your convenience, there is also a Worship Service on Monday Evenings at 7:00 p.m.

During the summer months, we hold one Worship Service on Sundays at 9:00 a.m., followed by Sunday School and Bible Study.  The Monday Evening service continues at its regular time.

We also have a Learning Center on our grounds in which we conduct a Christian-based Pre-School.  Find out more by clicking on the "Learning Center" tab above.

Near Everything!

Zion Lutheran Church's location on what was once a major artery, but is now a side road, offers peace and quiet for contemplative meditation during services.  Yet, Zion is near to EVERYTHING.  Within minutes, you will find restaurants of all types and price ranges, major retailers, 24-hour supermarkets, a public library, and even a major hospital.
